Darren worked with Bill Kershaw for over 25 years. He worked almost exclusively on class and other complex ligation, and served as the firm’s lead paralegal on countless class action cases. Darren provided extensive support to the attorneys at every stage of the case from the pre-filing investigation, discovery, class certification and other important briefing, all the way through resolution (settlements and trials) and any subsequent appeals.
