Support Staff and Business Development Team

Our caring and hardworking team of attorneys, paralegals, law clerks, legal assistants, and business development staff are integral in ensuring the successful outcome of your case. Our partners have worked together for over 20 years! Most of our amazing support staff have been with us for over a decade. We are more than a firm, we are a family. We extend our network and culture of support to all our clients, no matter the size of their case.

Meet The Team

Lisa Anderson, Legal Assistant

Lisa has been with our firm for 16 years. She is invaluable as the legal assistant to the partners. Lisa handles word processing, dictation, and typing for drafting correspondence, motions and pleadings, filing with California Courts, MDL Courts, and serving documents. She maintains the client database for mass tort cases, organizes meetings, depositions, and arbitration for cases, and is responsible for calendaring, filing and ordering medical records for products liability cases.

Kelci Bradwell, Firm Administrator

Kelci Bradwell began consulting for Kershaw Talley Barlow in 2015. She joined the team full-time in 2017. Between financial and profit analysis reporting, marketing management, and day to day firm operations, Kelci is continually striving to find new and innovative ways to successfully operate and grow the firm. Kelci is a Portland State University alum and sits on the Board of Directors for the Association of Legal Administrators Sacramento Chapter.

Denise McCain, Intake Coordinator/Legal Receptionist

Denise joined us in August of 2020. Starting a new job in the midst of a pandemic is not ideal for anyone, but with Denise’s 20+ years of administration experience she was able to seamlessly integrate into the firm. If you call during standard business hours, chances are you’ll be greeted by Denise. While Denise wears many hats, a few of her main responsibilities are conducting potential new client interviews, entering accounts payable, and supporting the firm with miscellaneous admin work. Denise is a wonderful addition to the firm!

Sierra McCain, Admin Support

Sierra joined the firm in May of 2021 as administrative support and has grown into a fundamental member of our team. Sierra is instrumental in our client management campaign for TDF and other mass torts. She is integral for communicating with clients, managing records orders, and keeping our clients up to date and informed. Sierra has also taken on many significant data input projects and streamlined our client database and attorney databases. She received a B.A. in Anthropology and Archaeology from University of Northern British Columbia in Canada where she specialized in underwater archaeological sites. In her free time, Sierra loves hiking in nature and watching classic horror movies.

She looks forward to expanding her legal knowledge in product liability and supporting victims’ needs. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and playing fetch with her dog, Enzo.

Veronica Borunda, Law Clerk

Veronica joined our team in October of 2021 as a law clerk and has been key to the firm’s personal injury efforts. Veronica works extensively with our PI clients to strengthen their cases, write motions for court, and work on trial preparation. Veronica received a B.A. in Political Science from Cal State Northridge and is beginning her 3rd year at the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. Growing up in the neighborhood of Watts in Los Angeles, she became passionate about using her experience to create better policy for undeserved communities. Veronica’s dedication to working with clients and her capacity for empathy is displayed every day in her work. When she is not working on a case, she is often running, supporting the LA Dodgers and LA Rams, or spending time with her dog, Mambo.
