“I really want to thank you and all the staff that has been involved in this case and keeping the camp fire victims informed when possible. Everyone that I have spoken to has been kind and understanding about our loss. Again thank you for all everyone has done.”- Steven C.

KTB Helped Me Through It All
"I originally thought that the worst thing to come out of an accident would be the loss of my vehicle. I soon found out that damage I suffered physically will be with me for the rest of my life.- Patricia T
KTB helped me through it all, from initially not reaching a settlement with the other party, deciding to move forward with a trial and ultimately a jury verdict in my favor.
They took care of all the details so I did not need to. They fought for me against a much bigger entity and took on all the risks that entailed.
Staff members came to court to offer support during the trial and the attorneys themselves took the time to answer all my many, many questions.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing legal support. The research they did, the time spent finding experts and all their work in preparing made the difference in my case." -
“Today we learned that Ian is now a partner at Kershaw Talley Barlow. We could not be more grateful to him.”- Joseph M
Ian and his associates were amazing.
"- Joseph MIt has been almost five years since the Tubbs Fire burned our house (and 5000 others) and 60 years worth of mementos to the ground. Almost all of us were undersinsured, because so many houses burning in 24 hours created a critical shortage of labor and materials. Homes that should have cost $300 a square foot to rebuild were now costing $500 and $600 (and more) per square foot to rebuild. Since the Tubbs fire was caused by PG&E powerlines, many fire victims ended up in lawsuit/PG&E bankruptcy claim, in order to recover monies that were needed to rebuild. A huge number of my friends and neighbors have still heard nothing from their attorneys. Follow up has been abysmal. Many of them are desperate. My claim was handled by Ian Barlow. Sheila and I are so fortunate. He gave us great advice all along the way. His associates were amazing with their responsiveness and thoroughness. Today we learned that Ian is now a partner at Kershaw Talley Barlow. We could not be more grateful to him.
