Kershaw Talley Barlow recently filed a class action against Lumber Liquidators involving the distribution, marketing and sale of laminate wood flooring products that were manufactured in China and contain excessive levels of formaldehyde. Plaintiffs allege that these products are misrepresented as being compliant with California Air Resources Board (“CARB”) Phase 2 regulations for formaldehyde emissions.
