Vinh T. Le is an Associate Attorney at Kershaw Talley Barlow, focusing on the firm’s nationally recognized mass tort and class action practices and drawing on his extensive expertise in complex legal challenges across diverse technologies and fields. Before Vinh’s tenure at Kershaw Talley Barlow, he was pivotal in resolving high-stakes intellectual property and commercial disputes in Silicon Valley. He represented Fortune 100 companies, online service providers, and leading consumer electronics and semiconductor firms in major patent and commercial litigations. His roles involve all aspects of trial preparation, from arguing critical motions and managing expert depositions to developing trial strategy and witness preparation.

Vinh’s expertise spans pharmaceuticals, enterprise and consumer products, software and hardware, data encryption, internet technologies, network communications, and biotechnology. Vinh holds a J.D. from Emory University and a B.S. in Biology from the University of Washington, where he specialized in cellular and molecular biology and physiology. His early career as a research scientist, focusing on the neural basis of visual recognition, enables him to navigate the intricacies of highly technical litigations with a unique blend of legal and scientific expertise.

Vinh has applied his expertise in national pharmaceutical complex litigations. His work includes serving on court-appointed scientific leadership in Acetaminophen - ASD/ADHD Products Liability Litigation (MDL No. 3043) and Gilead Tenofovir Cases (JCCP No. 5043), representing the interests of hundreds of thousands of plaintiffs. His transition to advocating for injured clients is a point of pride. Telling patients' stories in a way that connects with judges and juries is not just a job but his passion.

Away from the courtroom, Vinh enjoys playing tennis and is currently developing a video game in Unreal Engine with his wife.
