Kershaw Talley Barlow is pleased to announce that four of our attorneys have been included in the 2026 edition of Northern California Super Lawyers and Rising Stars.
These annual lists recognize attorneys who have earned strong peer recognition following an independent, research-driven selection process.
This year’s honorees included:
- William A. Kershaw has been selected to the Northern California Super Lawyers list for the 22nd time, marking his selection every year since 2005. He is recognized for his work in Class Action & Mass Torts, Consumer Law, Employment Litigation, and Plaintiff Personal Injury.
- Stuart C. Talley has been named to the Northern California Super Lawyers list for the 12th consecutive year since 2015. He is recognized for his work in Class Action & Mass Torts, Employment Litigation: Plaintiff, Consumer Law, Elder Law, and Plaintiff Personal Injury.
- Ian J. Barlow has been selected to the Northern California Super Lawyers list for the 7th year, following five consecutive years on the Rising Stars list. He is recognized for his work in Class Action & Mass Torts, Consumer Law, and Employment & Labor.
- Jack Davis has been named to the Northern California Rising Stars list for the first time. He is recognized for his work in Class Action & Mass Torts.
Super Lawyers recognizes no more than five percent of attorneys in each state, while Rising Stars honors no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys who are 40 years old or younger or who have been in practice for ten years or less. Selection is based on peer nominations, independent research, and evaluation within each practice area.
These recognitions reflect the depth of experience our attorneys bring to complex litigation. At Kershaw Talley Barlow, we represent thousands of clients in class action and mass tort cases involving defective products, toxic exposure, and other large-scale harms, and our attorneys have recovered substantial compensation on their behalf.
We congratulate Partners William A. Kershaw, Stuart C. Talley, and Ian J. Barlow, and Attorney Jack Davis on their well-earned recognition in the 2026 Super Lawyers and Rising Stars publications.
