Downloading Zoom on a Smartphone

  1. Find the App Store or Google Play Store: On an iPhone, look for "App Store"; on an Android phone, it's called "Google Play Store." This is usually on the home screen.
  2. Search for Zoom: Tap the search bar at the top of the store and type in "Zoom Cloud Meetings." The search icon looks like a magnifying glass.
  3. Download Zoom: Look for the app named "Zoom Cloud Meetings" with a blue icon that has a white video camera inside. Tap "Install" (Google Play Store) or "Get" (App Store), then follow any prompts to install the app. You might need to enter your password or use a fingerprint or facial recognition if prompted.

Setting Up Zoom

  1. Open Zoom: Once installed, open the Zoom app by tapping its icon on your home screen.
  2. Sign Up or Sign In: If it's your first time using Zoom, you will need to sign up. Tap "Sign Up" and follow the instructions to create an account using your email address. If you already have an account, simply tap "Sign In" and enter your details.

Joining a Zoom Meeting

  1. Join a Meeting: Click the following Zoom Webinar Link:


  • Make sure your device is charged or plugged in during the meeting.
  • Use a stable Wi-Fi connection for the best experience.
